Complete 365 is Konnetix's fully managed IT service for growing businesses. Although Microsoft technologies and Microsoft 365 sit at its core, the service covers your whole IT environment, including users, devices, networks, suppliers, security, backup and future technology plans.
The aim is straightforward: give your business one accountable IT partner that acts as your internal IT department. Instead of asking an owner, director or office manager to coordinate support providers, software suppliers, equipment purchases and technology projects, Complete 365 brings those responsibilities together.
What does Complete 365 include?
Complete 365 is built around the areas that have the greatest effect on everyday business continuity and security:
- Responsive IT support for your users and devices
- Microsoft 365 administration, licensing support and security hardening
- 24/7 Managed Detection and Response backed by a Security Operations Centre
- Cyber security controls including endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication and email security
- Backup and recovery arrangements for Microsoft 365 and business data
- Device management, patching and asset visibility
- Management of networks, suppliers and the wider IT environment
- A dedicated Technical Account Manager and virtual Chief Information Officer
- IT procurement, supplier coordination and project delivery
- AI readiness assessments and practical guidance for secure adoption
- Regular reviews, clear recommendations and practical technology planning
The exact priorities depend on your business, but the principle stays the same. Your technology is managed as one connected environment rather than as a collection of disconnected products and suppliers.
Dedicated TAM and vCIO support
Every Complete 365 customer receives a dedicated Technical Account Manager, or TAM, who understands the business, its people and its technology. The TAM provides a consistent point of accountability, coordinates ongoing improvements and makes sure technical issues are not viewed in isolation.
Customers also benefit from a virtual Chief Information Officer, or vCIO. This adds senior technology guidance to the day-to-day service, helping directors plan budgets, manage risk, review suppliers and make informed decisions about future systems. It gives growing businesses access to strategic IT leadership without needing to recruit a full-time CIO.
Procurement and IT project delivery
Complete 365 is not limited to a support desk. Konnetix can source and procure hardware, software and services on your behalf, helping you choose suitable products, manage suppliers and maintain consistency across the business.
Project scoping, prioritisation and roadmap planning are included in Complete 365. Konnetix can then deliver projects such as device replacements, network improvements, office moves, cloud migrations and security improvements, with the delivery work and any required hardware or software scoped and quoted separately. Because the same team already understands your environment and business priorities, projects are planned as part of your wider technology roadmap rather than treated as isolated pieces of work.
IT support and Microsoft 365 management
Microsoft 365 gives businesses email, collaboration and cloud working tools, but buying the licences is only the starting point. Someone still needs to manage accounts, permissions, devices, updates, security settings and changes as your organisation grows.
Complete 365 provides ongoing support for your team while keeping the Microsoft 365 environment properly managed. That includes practical help when something is not working, as well as the administration and review work that prevents small issues becoming larger problems.
Microsoft 365 security hardening is an important part of that management. Konnetix reviews and strengthens identity, access and security settings, including multi-factor authentication, secure access policies, administrator permissions, email protection and controls for sharing business data. These settings are reviewed as Microsoft introduces new features and as the way your organisation works changes.

Security is built in, not bolted on
Complete 365 takes a security-first approach. A managed IT service should not only respond when a device stops working. It should actively reduce the chance of an incident, detect suspicious activity and help your business respond if something goes wrong.
Security management is included as part of the core service. This covers endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 hardening, multi-factor authentication, email security, patching, security reviews, staff awareness and data protection and compliance controls.
Complete 365 also includes 24/7 Managed Detection and Response, or MDR, backed by a Security Operations Centre. Security technology monitors for suspicious behaviour around the clock, while human analysts investigate alerts and help contain genuine threats. This provides a stronger level of protection than relying on traditional antivirus software or waiting for somebody to notice a problem during office hours.
This approach gives you a clearer view of your security posture and an ongoing response capability. It also means security recommendations can be connected to the way your people actually work, rather than added as a separate technical project with no ongoing owner.
You can see the wider approach on our cyber security services page.
Why backup matters even when you use Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 provides a resilient cloud platform, but it is not the same as having an independent backup strategy for everything your business needs to recover. Accidental deletion, compromised accounts, unwanted changes and retention limits can all create problems.
Complete 365 includes backup and recovery planning so your business has a clearer route back to important information when it is needed. Recovery is considered alongside security and support, not left until after an incident.
Preparing your business for AI
Tools such as Microsoft Copilot can help businesses work more efficiently, but AI should not be introduced before access permissions, data handling and security controls are understood. Otherwise, an AI tool may make existing information-management problems more visible or give people access to information they should not see.
Complete 365 includes AI readiness assessments to review your Microsoft 365 environment, data access, security, licensing and business use cases. Konnetix can then provide a practical plan for adopting AI safely, including any preparation, policy, training or security work needed before wider deployment.
Who is Complete 365 for?
Complete 365 is designed for businesses that want Konnetix to operate as their internal IT department. It can suit professional services firms, accountants, legal practices, manufacturers, construction businesses and other growing organisations that depend on technology every day.
It is particularly useful when the business has outgrown ad hoc support, when an owner or office manager is coordinating too many suppliers, or when nobody has clear responsibility for the wider IT environment, technology planning and project delivery.
Konnetix is based in Hitchin and supports businesses across Hertfordshire and the surrounding area. Our managed IT services page explains how the service works locally.
How much does Complete 365 cost?
Complete 365 starts from £109 per user, per month*. There are no bolt-ons, hidden extras or surprise invoices for the core managed service.
Microsoft 365 licensing is billed separately at £20.28 per user, per month. That makes the Complete 365 service around £4 per user, per day before Microsoft 365 licensing, giving you a managed IT partner, support, security and ongoing oversight in one service.
* Minimum monthly charges apply. Pricing depends on your users, systems and requirements, so we confirm the exact scope before you start.
Is Complete 365 the same as having an IT department?
Yes. Complete 365 is designed to act as your internal IT department. The service covers day-to-day user support, management of the wider technology environment, cyber security, procurement, projects and long-term planning.
The dedicated TAM gives you an accountable operational lead, while the vCIO provides strategic guidance for directors and senior managers. Behind them is the wider Konnetix team, providing the technical skills and delivery capacity that would normally require several internal roles.
