We approached Konnetix who sat down with us and offered us a solution to our email server issues for our company across 3 sites. After selecting a package to suit us the implementation of this service was superb.Any glitches encountered when we went live were dealt with quickly and efficiently. From Aspect Electrical LTDs initial meeting with Konnetix to discuss our needs as a relatively small company where none of us are particularly "IT Savvy", we were explained everything in friendly, clear detail, costs were outlined from the start and there were no hidden nasty extras and no pushy sales, a very friendly, efficient service and we would highly reccomend Konnetix.

R H Logistics had the task of out sourcing our I.T infrastructure and needed to upgrade our server room and all its servers in one go due to running server 2003, we had experienced poor service from our last I.T staff, with this we found konnetix Ltd from the Microsoft business web site and started the process with them. WOW what a difference, over one weekend they had installed a whole new server room including new switches, servers, back up drives, cabinet, all new patch cables. and it all even looks great in the server room whereas normally it just looks like a whole pile of cables ours looks like a colourful array of cables all running in one direction just perfection!!highly recommended to any company if you want to forget your I.T infrastructure and concentrate on running your business

I have used the services of Konnetix Limited now for approximately 5 years to support my IT and more lately my telephony. I have hugely benefited from their wealth of knowledge and expert, pertinent advice throughout this time. They have seen us grow from a small 1 man office to a 2 site practice with coming up to 20 staff and have always been on hand to assist. Probably the most glowing report I could provide is that throughout that time through the advice that I have taken we have not had any major IT issues and any small day to day ones are resolved quickly and efficiently. I could not recommend this company more; if you are in business then you need Konnetix to look after your IT and communications needs.
